Guest checkout

You don't need an account to buy. Each order is placed with your email address, which you also use to track it.

Which version applies

The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order. Later changes don't affect orders already placed.

Card orders

Your order is accepted when your card payment succeeds. Your order number is then shown on screen.

Cash on delivery orders

Available for delivery in Kosovo, for orders up to $1,000. The order is a request until we confirm it, and we may decline it, for example if an item is no longer available. Nothing is paid before delivery.

Stock

If an item sells out at the moment you pay, we contact you and, as you prefer, deliver it later or refund it in full.

Your details

Please give a correct name, address, phone number and email. We use them only to deliver and support your order, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay to us: shipping is free and we add nothing afterwards.

Card payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Cash payments

Cash on delivery orders are paid to the courier when the order is delivered.

Duties and taxes abroad

For deliveries outside Kosovo, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. They are set by your customs authority and paid by the recipient.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates. If an order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will trace it with the courier.

Receiving your order

Please check the package when it arrives and tell us about any visible damage as soon as you can, with photos if possible.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and return the items for a refund.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, we repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, as consumer law requires.

Our content

Product photos, texts and the NURAO name and logo belong to NURAO. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to get around its security, overloading it, or placing orders you don't intend to receive.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect losses we could not have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer law.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first; we answer every message and aim to resolve it quickly. The courts of Prishtina handle disputes, without affecting your right to go to the courts of your own country where the law gives you that right.
