We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order, answer your messages and keep the site working. We don't sell your data, we don't send marketing emails, and analytics only runs with your consent.

Data we collect
When you order
Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and any note you add. For a business order, also the company name and fiscal number.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the result and the amount of the payment, never your card number.
When you contact us
Your name, email, phone number if you give it, the subject and your message.
Order tracking
The order number and email you enter, used only to show you that order.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting and network providers record technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Analytics, with your consent
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages and products are viewed, on what kind of device and from roughly where. See the Cookie Policy.

Delivers and protects the website on its network.
Provides analytics, only if you consent.
Sanity
Delivers our blog and journal content and its images.
IP location service (ipapi.co)
Your browser asks ipapi.co for your approximate region, so we can show the cookie options that apply where you are. The result is kept in your browser for 24 hours.
Authorities
We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards the providers offer, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

To make a request, write to the address at the top of this page from the email you ordered with. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country.
